Can we use our designs/ ideas?
Of course, you can either choose our designs or use your own samples/designs. OEM & ODM are both warmly welcomed in our factory And we have professional designers if you only have an idea.
Can we customize our own packaging?
We have a regular packing option for your review. Customizing your own packaging is available too.
How much do you charge for your design services?
We offer free design for logo and glove color changes based on our existing sample templates. We charge an acceptable fee for a fully new design and exclusive design service of gloves.

How long time will it take for me to get my order?
By express DHL/UPS/FEDEX, it will take about 5-10 working days, fit for a sample & small order. By sea, it will take about 20 – 50 days, depending on the client’s needs.
Do you charges for your design services?
We offer logo changes and glove color changes based on our existing sample templates free of charge. We charge a fee for fully new design and exclusive design services for gloves.

How can I get customized samples?
Select the style you like and send us your logo/design file, we will arrange a draft design and develop customized samples with your requirements.
How can I get free samples?
We provide regular samples for free (non-exclusive and non-customized samples). The client pays express freight and tax (if have). Please contact us to get free samples.
How long does it take to receive the sample?
We typically send regular samples within 2-5 days after receiving the order which usually arrives at your location in about 5-10 days. For new OEM & custom exclusive samples, delivery time may vary.
What If we are not happy with the customized sample?
We will confirm the details with you about the design/fabric/tech/function/… before making the sample, Meanwhile, we offer 2-3 rounds of review until the sample is finalized for production. We do charge a fee for a fully new design or exclusive design services of gloves.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We pride ourselves on growing with small brands and helping big brands grow bigger. For some styles, our MOQ is 300 pairs/style. We provide quick. We are happy to have a quick turnaround on small orders of high quality. We are also proud to have the chance and ability to serve clients of medium and small brands.
How about the bulk production lead time?
About 30-50business days after confirming the order and making a deposit payment. Please let us know If your order is urgent, We have emergency planning.
What’s the payment term?
Customized sample order payment terms: T/T full payment before production. Bulk order30% deposit once confirm the P/I and the balance payment before shipment.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
You will get the pre-production sample for approval before the bulk production.
How to make sure of the size of the gloves?
We will send you regular-size gloves for your reference if requested. If your size requirements are out of the regular size range, please let us know and we can adjust the glove size per your preferences.
